We want you to relax and feel at home so there is a lounge to sit in and enjoy a drink, read a book or talk over your day and make plans for the next. As well as the house, you are welcome to enjoy the grounds to play pétanque, have a picnic or use the barbeque should you wish. |

Whatever time of year, Putanges-Pont-Écrépin is a pretty riverside town through which the river Orne flows and has held its weekly market since 1580. |
|
Putanges-Pont-Écrépin is a short drive from Le Harve and Cherbourg and only 45 minutes for the ferry port at Caen and the D Day Landing beaches with the many associated memorials and museums. Bayeux and Mont St Michel both make interesting days out. |

There is much to do and see in the immediate vicinity and also further afield. Close by is a large man made lake, offering a variety of water sports as well as the chance to cruise while enjoying either lunch or dinner on board. On the edge of the Suisse Normande there is plenty of scope for a wide range of outdoor activities in glorious surroundings |

Of course for a day out in Paris, it is within easy reach by train for anyone wishing to enjoy all it has to offer. |
